No, we in Europe cheer Obama because we've seen the alternative, and we'll feel a LOT safer with Obama in charge. We think (as do most intelligent Americans imo) that he'll be good for America, or at least better than the alternative.

Huh, don't remember Hugo Chavez changing his first name to Julio in 2008. I'd imagine there would be some Julio Chavezes out there since Julio isn't exactly a rare name (being the Spanish equivalent of Julius as with the French Jules) and I'm pretty sure I've heard of some other people with the surname Chavez, but unrelated to Hugo.
