You seem to have misread your "How to be a Great Creationist!" handbook. The proper strawman argument is: "If people evolved from monkeys then why are there still monkeys?" Say it with a snide grin and a beaming look of pride. Practice in the mirror until you get the look down.

See this is a theory with out evidence. In science, the word theory refers to a comprehensive explanation of an important feature of nature that is supported by many facts gathered over time. Theories also allow scientists to make predictions about as yet unobserved phenomena.
In otherwords, there is evidence for it.
If men were made of clay, there should be no clay left, right? And if women were made of men's ribs, men should not have any ribs left right or centre, right?
