A usurper to the office is not subject to the legal recourse of impeachment. Since he is not a legitimate officer of the gov't, to bring impeachment proceedings would be to affect an adverse result: it would legitimize his occupation of the office.

Mr. Soetoro, alias Obama, is an imposter to the office. He holds the chair, illegally, and has therefore committed felony fraud. He can and should be arrested by a local magistrate who has the jurisdictional power to do so.

The sad reality is that he is protected by EXTREMELY POWERFUL entities to do exactly what he was charged with doing, and IS doing with great glee...namely, to eliminate our national sovereignty and bring us into a condition of equal status with less powerful nations, thus enabling the entrance of a single world confederacy of united nations...and you can study up on that one, yourself.
