If by "live morally" you mean provide real and serious education about sexuality, clean needles in the third world and unencumbered access to them in the states and drug therapy at prices that the world can afford, than yes, I agree with you.
Not to rain on everyone's parade, but not having sex does decrease your chance of contracting AIDS. I wouldn't call it a moral issue though, it's more a self preservation issue. Of course, asking an entire continent to just stop having sex is somewhat unreasonable, you'd have much better luck with what LM proposed.
Even if, as the Christians seem to want, we were to completely outlaw homosexuality, bestiality, and any activity you decree immoral...
You wouldn't know truth if it crawled up your ass, laid eggs, and lots of little baby truths burrowed and chewed thier way through you and then out of every available orifice. (including some new ones.)

Honathon, it it incredibly wierd, and frankly impossible not to have sex, if you're in a position to have it that is. Particularly when a cheap and simple solution is just three words from the pope away.
My morals say that you needn't set arbitrary limits on what's good and bad, but you must make a good faith attempt to prevent your actions from harming others.
It's a pretty good moral code, especially since it can be summed up in a sentence. Why does your moral code require an entire goddamned book?
Yes, Because the AIDS virus cares whether or not you are a moral person.
