The 'fact' is that sodomy results in an immunological attack on the sperm deposited in the rectum which the mind experientially 'believes' is intrinisically disordered in a subconscious sense.
This applies to every human being. God in his mercy has promulgated this behavioural reality through his Church as it may be difficult for some to perceive or understand. Fr Martin is clearly someone who searches for evidence to 'justify' what he wants rather than seeking truth.

Sodomy is an imprecise concept. Do you mean all non-missionary sex? Non-procreative sex? Same-sex sex?
Your mind works in mysterious ways, honey.
Sperm deposited in the vagina and later in the uterus leave stuff behind that will "fight" with sperms from a different "donor" at a later stage. Is this also "intrinisically disordered in a subconscious sense"?
God has promulgated the behavioral reality of anal sex through his Church? So that's what all those pedo priests are doing, then?
Thinking a bit like Thinking Allowed, I'll just leave this here.
Sit on my face and tell me that you love me
"The 'fact' is that sodomy results in an immunological attack on the sperm deposited in the rectum which the mind experientially 'believes' is intrinsically disordered in a subconscious sense."
Macrophages don't work that way. They don't "think" about anything. They, being the only free moving cells in the body, just attack every wayward cell they come across indiscriminately, since that what they're programmed to do. This applies to sperm cells as well. If sperm cells are discovered in the rectum and make it into the bloodstream, they will attack them.
But guess where else that happens? THE VAGINA. Yes, that bastion of no sex allowed without being used for baby-making, following a ritual where biological reproductive action isn't allowed until some guy in a funny hat waves the stick while facing east and saying the magic words at the wedding ceremony, does attack sperm. In fact, macrophages attack sperm even if they never get into the bloodstream, since the vaginal canal and uterine wall both release macrophages along with mucus from their mucus membranes.
Following your logic, since the body more readily attacks sperm in a vagina before a rectum, anal sex would have to be classified as obligatory outside of initiating pregnancy.
You can tell how ridiculous that sounds.
You seem extraordinarily concerned about activities in which you don't participate or observe. It's nice that you're worried about other people, but maybe you should spend your time preventing concussions in football, or some other health issue that affects more people.
“The 'fact' is that sodomy results in an immunological attack on the sperm deposited in the rectum”
My first thought is that not all sodomy results in sperm in a rectum. Pretty much any sexual act other than reproductive sex is sodomy. So, oral sex, fingering, mutual masturbation, coming in hair, on elbows, faces, ears, and back hair all counts.
Second, who cares what happens to sperm if the sex is non-procreative? Let the immune system attack it.
"which the mind experientially 'believes' is intrinisically disordered in a subconscious sense.”
The mind doesn’t get feedback from the immune system, Dr. Livingston.
“This applies to every human being”
This applies to no one on Earth.
“God in his mercy has promulgated this behavioural reality through his Church as it may be difficult for some to perceive or understand.”
Well, if God promulgates the behavior, who are we to resist it! If He made a special effort for me to know about sodomy, I should at least try it, shouldn’t I?
"Fr Martin is clearly someone who searches for evidence to 'justify' what he wants rather than seeking truth.”
Better than using the thesaurus irresponsibly.
Confused?
