In Kosovo, where I spend most of my time, nearly everyone is a moderate Muslim. Perhaps you can come over to my street in the summer and explain to the girls wearing short shorts and the men drinking beer at the bar how they are "under sharia law." As for not respecting each other, nderim , the Albanian word for respect, is one of the most important words in the language.

Well none, because I don't get out much, but my sister has a muslim friend who has yet to kill anyone so there's at least one.

Well, someone should tell the mild-mannered, friendly guy across the street from me who's always helping out little old ladies, because I think that Muslim missed the memo.
Well, I know quite a few. One of my exes was a Muslim, he was particularly good at ignoring the bit about pre-marital sex or actually sex in general. His married friend was quite the genius at ignoring anything the Quran has to say about adultery. The mum was lovely, supposedly devout but hadn't even read the thing. She was not very good at ignoring its contents as she really had no clue what they even were.

All of them. Since I live in Central London, that's lots. They are like Jews, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and Shinto followers in that regard.

Hmm, someone should send this memo to the people I see at the Muslim prayer room near my house on Fridays. They don't seem to have a problem with the two churches, the three bars or the six(!) massage parlors that are all within 200 yards of their location. In fact, I don't think there has ever been a problem with their prayer room, in all the five years that they have been there.
