This is a secular nation. A secular nation is not subject to moral rules connected to religious traditions. Sexuality is one of those things.
Laws are based on common sense. If an act is malicious and harms people, it's bad....which is why both secular and religious governments can agree on things like homicide or theft.
Nobody is forcing you to have sex outside of wedlock, have a relationship with someone of the same sex/gender or get a sex change. What Chaz, Caitlyn or the Wackowski Siblings do with themselves has zilch to do with you. Therefore, apply these words of wisdom....LIVE AND LET LIVE!
If it weirds you out, fine....it's not the case with others. You live your life we live ours. You believe in being repressed, fine. Knock yourself out with "Repression For Jesus"!
If Progressives controlled everything from society to government, the Ultra-Conservative's lives would be affected very little....they will be free to hold on to their personal beliefs and morals and go to the church of their choice. If Public School gives them a coronary, they can open their own Christian Schools.
However; If Regressives controlled everything from society to government, the rights of Progressives and even sane moderate normal Conservatives would be greatly repressed and restricted.
2018 and 2020 are going to have SUCH A HIGH VOTER TURNOUT! Your reign is over! You lost the Culture War and you cannot impose on a majority that knows better and wont let you. You and your ilk should just move to Russia....and give us your few Russian Progressives/Feminists/LGBTQAs because they do not deserve to be stick in that crapper of a country of yours!
