Okay. The creationist model really, really needs the Flood.
The ONLY way to do away with the visible sorting of a few BILLION years of fossils is to pretend it’s all a single event. Dinosaurs aren’t deeper because they lived longer ago, they were pushed down by the monumental churn of The Flood.
Okay.
So, for SOME REASON, any single species of dinosaur was pushed to a particular bandwidth. And it’s inconsistent. Crocodiles were pushed WAY down there, but they’re scattered through all of the strata up to today. Other species were pushed down to a more particular level.
And what got pushed there? Well, all the adults. And all the juveniles. And all the infants. And all the eggs. And all the egg shells left after they hatched.
Not that it wasn’t ‘all adult dinosaurs to level 1, with all the eggs to level 3. No, the entire species, no matter the age, got sent to the same level… While similar animals of same size got sent to a different level. Why is that?
I’d dearly love to see the experiment that pushed a dozen corpses of horses to a different level of mud than a dozen contemporary lizards. Consistently.
Also, their nests got sorted, too. We’ve found fossilized nests with eggs inside them that show which species of dinosaur built it. So, why are the NEST so carefully sorted?
And, the big question, why are any species’ FOOTPRINTS saved in this gigantic churn of mud, and put on the same level as the species fossils?
Either God caused a MAJOR SHIT TON of miracles in the flood which he didn’t mention or get credit for, or it wasn’t in one great big single event.
Is there any solution to these anomalies that can be answered by using the Bible and not just throwing up your hands and saying ‘goddidit’?
