In what document does it say that government benefits are reserved only for "natural marriage status"? In what way does a homosexual couple not have "natural marriage status"? Marriage is a human invention, it's not particularly natural; other animals don't marry before they mate.
I bet the Constitution has something about all human being equal and having the same rights and responsibilities. That includes homosexuals and their rights to marry their loved ones.
What high crimes and misdemeanors are these? Defending the human rights of American citizens? Refusing to participate in systematic discriminations? Treating others as you want to be treated? How DARE he?!?

You might want to check out the equal protection clause of the Constitution you claim to love so much. I'll give you a hint, it's in the 14th amendment.
Eric Holder is doing far more to uphold the Constitution than anything the fascists at the American Family Association ever thought of. But how can you even make the claim that allowing homosexual couples status equal to heterosexual couples is a high crime or misdemeanor?
Could you point out where the Constitution forbds same-sex couples from receiving the same benefits as different sex couples? Or where it says if same-sex couples receive benefits, different sex couples cannot? What specific state right has been violated? Could you tell me what high crime and misdemeanor has the AG committed?

Regardless of what your fundie pastors have told you, the Constitution does not say, "religion can do whatever it wants, to whomever it wants, and everybody else can go suck it". Holder IS doing his job under the law.
