I agree. After all their lying for Jesus while under oath, half the defendants should have been jailed for perjury.

I try to be open minded, but I seriously don't get how scientists can rationalise their belief in a deity.
Well you're half right, Dover was a farce and you bible thumping, lying ass clowns got called on it and your butts handed to you in court by a Bush appointed Republican Judge, fucking deal with it.

In short, IDers (or wishy-washy Creationists who didn't dare to say 'God' after a 1987 trial forbade creationism in class -- that pesky Establishment Clause) got their comeuppance, after demonstrated perjury among other points...
