In 1949, Israel reached ceasefire agreements with most of the countries that had invaded it after a bloody war in which many crimes were committed on both sides; the remainder reserved their right to continue with their goal of wiping out Israel. So, let me guess: either you're accusing Israel of "lip service" means you think they should have destroyed the Arab countries that invaded them; or that you think the moral high ground belonged to a cause of exterminationists not even prepared to agree to a ceasefire, led by a WWII war criminal, sought by the authorities in several countries, who spent the war in Berlin when he wasn't touring the death camps of Poland with his pal Himmler.
