No one can explain how evolution works because it violates several scientific laws (angular momentum, conservation of mass, first law of thermodynamics, second law of thermodynamics, Boyle's gas law, inverse square... just to name a few). Of course, if I was an evolutionist, I'd know that theories overrule laws.

WHAT THE FUCK!
Something tells me you have no idea what any of those laws says, or what the thery of evolution says.
I've seen fundies say that evolution violates the second law of thermodynamics a bunch of times but this takes the cake. Something tells me this clown listed off the names of all the scientific laws he could think of to make his arguement seem stronger. Too bad all he did was make himself look like an idiot.
FAIL!
And go fuck yourself!
What kind of evolution is he talking about here? If it's the pokemon kind, sure, I can buy that. If he means real life evolution, then no.
Being that he's heard of the scientific theories, and can even spell them, I call poe.
Conservation of mass/first law thermo(same thing really) -> quantum fluctuations.
In general, just no. This physicist says you fail.
Unfortunately yes. Someone needs to remind them that:
1: Local rises in entropy OK - universal rise in entropy NOT OK BUT NOT HAPPENING
2: We're not asshatish enough to claim to know what happened before our theories state, unlike some fundies we could mention.
If he actually cared to explain how Boyle's law and inverse square law (which one, dumbass? Gravitational? Coulombic?) are violated by evolution then that'd be fine.
Of course he'd be wrong. These are the first things you check with any scientific theory, because they're that fundamental. Evolution is not a conspiracy, and trust me. Peer reviewers are more than happy to point out if your theory violates a basic law. I've seen papers written in response to other papers whose abstract reads simply "Violates second law of thermodynamics."
If this theory was wrong, it'd be debunked a long time ago. No-one is saying it's perfect, that's how science progresses. Stop trying to hold back the human race, you great douche.
Reading the responses to these posts sickens me. Yes, the person is a fool. No, this does not justify using homophobic slurs ('fag') or 'hoping that ey die soon'. When you have learned how to behave like a human being, you can begin to criticise other human beings. Before then, shut up.
C. Donnegal:
Nah. YOU shut up.
Did this guy obtain his science education from the bits of paper inside fortune cookies or something?
No, scratch that ... he'd make more sense if he had.
In case any of you were wondering, here is his comment on how evolution violates angular momentum:
The Big Bang theory states that everything came from a single, swirling mass. Yet we've found several heavenly bodies that spin opposite to the standard direction. If the Big Bang theory was true, then they'd all be spinning the same direction. Without the Big Bang, the evolutionists no longer have their ignorant fairy tale by which they can claim the universe was created.
And conservation of mass:
The entire universe came from nothing... without a supernatural explanation, such is impossible. Hey, look! Now the BBT is self-disproving!
Obviously, I realized that arguing with this dumbass was futile. So I ended up hijacking his topic.
90% of the posters on gaming boards are kids who don't know what they're talking about, but THINK they do.
MarioFanaticXV probably got his knowledge of Angular Momentum from watching aliens spin around when you shoot them in Half Life 2 .
Just a guess, but he probably heard from someone that the Sun's angular momentum is not what the theory of solar formation predicts it should be.
Of course, it is always possible that tidal forces from a large object nearby slowed the sun's rotation. Who knows if once in the past there was another large body orbiting nearby (that we've since lost).
I bet the scientists who have witnessed evolution in laboratories can explain how it works. Darwin explained how it works in his "On the Origin of Species..." about 150 years ago. Why not read that one, Mario? Open a real scientific text book for once, instead of parroting what other stupid people have spouted.
Confused?
