It's posts like this that get me to lean back in my chair, sip my coffee, and bask in the knowledge that yes, indeed, there are people much, much dumber than I am.

I found the eyes here, word for word.
The Supernatural Spiritual Eyes give one the ability to change the words below into "rapture"
Caught up,changed,spare,hid,escape,taken,taken away,deliver,delivered,delivereth,saved,keep thee,receive,meet,rescueth,appear,appearing,translated,gathered etc.
As you can see, several different words are used for Rapture(rapietur, harpazo)
Interesting how the exact phrase ended up in the post. I would assume newcreature777 is the owner of the website.

No, *slap*
no, *slap*
no! *slap*
Language is NOT supposed to be used like this.
In other words, a book that you claim is clear when understood literally has to be deciphered in order to get a doctrine that's not really there? Same with the trinity. It's all bullshit. And bible is the Greek word for books. So that's really pointless to point out. But it does show how fond fundy fucktards are of just making shit up.

Yeah, that’s not even close to an analogy for the idea of the Rapture.
Used to be a city that was famous for paper. Bylbos. That came to be associated with paper in general. Then when they started collecting manuscripts of paper, the collection was named using that ancient city’s name. It came to be applied to any authoritative document. The Gunsmith’s bible, the BBQ bible, the Bread bible.
Essentially, your favorite book is named ‘Boise Cascade.’
Confused?
