Neither is this computer, antibiotics, cars.........and many other things that were not fashionable in the Bronze Age, in case you´re wondering.
Jazz? What is this, the fifties?
Come to think of it, Randy and his cult would fit in perfectly in such a paranoid, God-fearing, white-promoting time period.
Hey, Miles Davis is only the Prince of Darkness, not actually darkness itself. Give the motherfucker a break, would ya?
I can understand why you would find jazz evil, however. All that fun and drinking and sex and semi-liberated women running around with cocky bastards....And all the black people playing it. Not just playing it: creating it. Developing it.
Plus the music is just plain fantastic. Can't have that.
Lots of things aren't mentioned in the Bible (and by 'things' I mean genres of music too). Christian rock, Independent Fundamentalist Baptist churches, Internet web sites devoted to spreading the contagion of Christ, etc. Is Mama Judy implying that jazz is evil?
Edit: I read some of the thread, apparently Mama Judy believes that jazz musicians have an 'ungodly' lifestyle. I'm confused.
Y'see, jazz is like Jello pudding... no, that's not it. Jazz is like Kodak film... no, that's not right neither. I've got it, jazz is like the new Coke - it'll be around forever.
You are an asinine bitch. Actually, that might be a bit contradictory: I'm pretty sure you're not a cross between a donkey and dog. Then again, maybe you are.
The only explanation for your utter incompetence, after all...
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
