The Quran wasn't written until 632 AD. Any Christian worth his weight in salt can see it for what it is: A religion created by satan to haunt the Jews (and by extension the Christians) of this world.

The New Testament wasn't written until after 50 A.D. Any Jew worth his weight in salt can see it for what it is: A religion created by anti-Semites to haunt the Jews of this world.
You see how easy this is to do?
The Torah wasn't written until 1395 BC. Any Egyptian worth his weight in salt can see it for what it is: A religion created by Set to haunt the Aten worshippers (and by extension the Horus worshippers) of this world.
This is fun.
What about -
Windows 7 wasn't made until 2009 AD. Any Mac user worth his weight in salt can see it for what it is: A operating system created by Bill to haunt the Mac users (and by extension the Open source users) of this world.
Yes, that's it. You just figured out that Islam is a conspiracy made by Satan to destroy Christianity. You are so smart right?
Wrong. But hey, at least you aren't going on a Jack Chick bent and blaming Catholics for Islam or any other religion or group for that matter.

Salt was a common form of payment throughout the Roman empire. That's where we get the word salary. This expression commonly means that the person is worth their paycheck, though their actual body weight in salt would be quite a fortune.
It is also commonly heard as "worth your/their salt." It's still a common phrase among sailors.
I'd bet any money Faithful Servant is a fan of the KJV1611.
I was going to write reads the KJV1611 but I don't think anyone on RR has actually read much of the Bible at all. Other than the first chapter of Genesis, a few select pickings from Deuteronomy, the loonier bits of St Paul the Misogynist's epistles and all of the insanity that is Revelation (repeatedly).
And the Bible not until 500 BC and the New Testament until around, as an early estimation, 70 AD. You see, you don't pass the test.
Only fundamental cultists can see it. And yet, remarkably, there are no fundamental cultists who are worth their weight in salt. There are no fundamental cultists who are worth their weight in moonbeams.
The New Testament of Jebus wasn't written until begininning in AT LEAST in 45 CE. There was no general agreement on those books that would be canonized until 1546 (by the evile Catholics), 1563 for the Church of England, 1647 for Calvinism, and 1672 for Eastern Orthodoxy.
Oh, you were saying something FailingServant?
FS, you do know the time gap between Christianity and Judaism is larger that 632 years, don't you? And that over the ceturies Christians have done much worse to the Jews than Muslims ever have? Think before you post: logic makes everything better.

I'm not an expert, but if wikipedia is to be believed Muhammed died in 632, and the complete written version of the Qur'an was complied a few years later, so it's not before the prophet.
One article I found online had a price of $140/ton for road salt, or halite, in Chicagoland. This works out to 7 cents per pound. A quick trip to the bathroom give a weight of 117 lbs. for me. I'm kind of a little guy. 117*$.07=$8.19. Well! I hope I'm worth more than my weight in salt. $8.19 won't go very far these days.
"The Quran wasn't written until 632 AD"
And the Bible wasn't actually written by God; at least "The God Delusion" was written by Richard Dawkins, thus he has the right to have his name - as the author - on the cover.
...your point, FAILfull Slave?
At least Surfin' Bird gets it as near as dammit right. [/Mister Spak]
