Understanding God’s word and will does not have the requisite of knowing greek and hebrew. If it did, then all christians would be fluent in those. Thoses were the languages of the day, which is why the manuscripts are in greek/hebrew. Koine greek is a dead language, even at that. Now that there are other languages used in the world today, greek and hebrew are no longer needed, so perfect translations for all necessary languages have been given by God, of which the english version IS the KJV. God will not confuse his children with continuous versions in the same language, which say different things. You can be assured that is a scheme of satan, trying to (and succeeding to) deceive.

...so perfect translations for all necessary languages have been given by God...
"Necessary." What a wonderful quibble. Hey God, we think a Uyghur translation is necessary. Please oblige by barfing one out. We'll wait.

The KJV is about the least accurate translation ever made. But it does say what you want it to say so you'll demonize all the more accurate translations.
True! Amen!
In fact, many true Christians are working hard the world over to teach people English so that they can read the Christian Bible and have a chance at Salvation.

@Jerry
Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you suggesting that, even though the Bible has been translated into 531 different languages, it only counts in English? If that's the case, I'm curious as to how you reached that conclusion.

The language of the Queen James Bible is NOT used in the world today, silly-nilly.
Besides, what makes you think that's the perfect translation, and not any of the other versions?
MG:
The Christian Bible has not been translated into all these languages. There are some foreign-language translations that may not have been corrupted by the Catholics, e.g. https://www.arabbible.com/t-Allah.aspx , but these are not many.
And in this day and age, it is just easier and more practical to teach foreigners English.

1) All Muslims use Arabic and all practising Jews use Hebrew and Aramaic. Yet there are millions of Muslims and Jews who are not fluent in those languages.
2) You were not born fluent in English; you had to learn it. Then you had to learn how KJV English differed from yours. Funnily enough, the same goes for the languages of holy texts.
3) Nobody speaks Biblical Hebrew any more; it's every bit as dead as New Testament Greek.
4) Not even the translators of the KJV thought their translation was perfect and it seems to me they knew a little more about it than you. Furthermore, they though other translations were also good.
5) Considering KJV as perfect only works if you ignore the last three centuries of biblical scholarship. Close analysis of the text and comparison with other texts, many of which were undiscovered in 1611, has taught us a great deal.
6) Tell me, which is the "perfect translation" of the Bible into Albanian? And just as the English of the KJV is not any variety of modern standard English, which variety of Albanian is it in?
7) Given that the Bible is full of instances of God giving laws that are slightly differently word each time, why do you presume to speak for God about what he will do?
@ Jerry
So the leaders of the Reformation were wrong to say that the Scriptures should be in a language understood by the people? If people don't understand English and you have to teach it to them so they can read the KJV, the Scriptures might as well be in Latin, Greek or Hebrew.
By the way, can you give us links to any of these missionary groups teaching English so people can understand the KJV?
EDIT: The Bible was translated by Protestants into Uyghur in 1920. If you don't know about the work of the Bible translating societies, you're not much of an evangelical Christian.

"King James , ? the GAY King James ? odd choice by God isnt it."
@[i]Gay Jerry
"True! "
I'm glad you finally admitted that your God is as gay as the one who authorised the basis of your 'Biblical Christianity', the Q JV.
"Ahhh... men !"
FTFY
But then, your J-boy hung around with twelve men , two of whom were sailors ; one of said twelve kissed him. Hardly associated with women, if ever, never had a girlfriend nor did he marry one. Told others to 'Love your fellow man '. Wore a dress too.
Remember: Gay king , thus Gay Bible (Q JV), therefore Gay God .
If it did, then all christians would be fluent in those.
Christians are fluent in English, then? Not American ones;
most ain't even able to talk 'Murrican good.
So how could they ever understand Elizabethan English?
It's Greek to them.
Confused?
