They have had NUMEROUS shows mocking the Lord in terrible ways. One was a South Park episode that had "God, you there? It's me , Jesus" and the plot was as follows from the website:"They want God to appear and Jesus tries to get him but cannot.This is a pretty funny and good South Park episode!"
I hope the show just gets shut down permanently because it's just pure filth........

South Park was just banned* for a sketch featuring Muhammad the Prophet. They mock everyone and everything on that show.
* Two episodes will not be aired, anywhere, as far as I understand it.
Unfortunately, Censorship Central might just as well do that.
I am thoroughly pissed off at Censorship Central for censoring the episode and giving in to religious crazies.

Isn't that an old, old episode from years past? The one where the boys had a stomach virus which made them poop blood, so they thought they were getting their periods, then God finally appeared to answer one question and Stan asked why he didn't get his period?
I really don't expect the RR crowd to be up on current pop culture since they think it's all sinful, but that episode was on years ago and long forgotten.

I always find it funny when right wingers hate on South Park. The show goes out of its way to be "equal opportunity offenders" and spends just as much time mocking liberals as it does conservatives. If you just took your head out of your ass, you could probably enjoy it.

While I agree that Comedy Central is behaving cowardly, I wouldn't say they are violating the free speech rights of South Park. Technically, they own the channel so it is their choice as to what they air on it. Like if I put a political sign on your front lawn and you took it down, you would not be violating my free speech because it is your property.

I agree that CC was being cowardly, but they aren't unconstitutional because the constitution only limits the freedoms of the government, not individuals. They can censor themselves however they wish.

I'm not a regular watcher of South Park but I catch the occasional episode. Seems I've missed this one. Thanks for pointing it out to me. I'll be on the look out for it now.

One man's trash is another man's treasure. Just because you don't enjoy the show doesn't mean that others won't. If you don't like the show then you are free to change the channel.
Fuck you. You don't have the right to control what can and cannot be in a TV show. And guess what? If you start shutting down TV shows because you're offended, that gives license to everyone else (because of the equality afforded by the US) to shut down YOUR favorite shows when they are offended and pretty soon you'll have brought about a p.c. culture like we've never seen before. And if I recall correctly, you guys are VERY much against political correctness. As you guys love to say (but like many things you say, you don't ever apply it to yourselves): "you reap what you sow".
