I heard John Bolton, former Ambassador to the UN in an interview on
"C-span" today say that officials at the UN referred to the position of Secretary General as the 'SECULAR POPE'. Think about that for a moment. Secular means "non-religious" and pope is "religious". This guy is a world political/religious leader. Now, in light of the scripture which says that the anti-christ will be given power over all people, nations, tongues, kindreds, etc. etc., this is an amazing quote.
