I was reading one of WP geek's article http://unlearningasperger.blogspot.com - I did consider writing something like this. I think some of the advice is good. It tries to break the logical thinking tendencies. But to achieve success you have ,too surrender all.

Aspies cannot be "cured" and become NT (Neurotypical, people who think like most people do, for those who don't know the abberviation). current research (that I have seen, at least), points to aspergers being caused by repurposing the mirror neuron clusters, which normally do a lot of social interaction stuff. If you try to "fix" those neurons, you'd have to fundamentally change their brain. We don't have anything broken, just used differently, and we (or at least, I) don't have any desire to be "fixed", by God, Jesus, or anyone else. Please stop trying, and learn to live with people who are different than you are.
To begin with, those lyrics must belong to the most boring song in the Universe. And they're surely decontextualised. Second, logic is not something you can't scape of. It's part of the reason God has give to us. And be consistent. Don't use a computer, because without it, it wouldn't have existed.
Apart from the fact that I don't think God is a piece of grease, I am deeply offended by your comments. My former teacher's son has this problem and, by the way, he's a devout Catholic and has to take the lad regularly to a catholic hospital in Ontario. They're using all the media available, secular, in case you're wondering. I find utterly offensive and perverse what you're doing.

On behalf of both categories of people, I personally invite this fellow to step off.
Telling Aspies to stop thinking logically is to command them to completely change their thinking processes. Aspies don't tend to think with emotion; rather, they rely on reasoning for their decision making. Hence the high proportion of Aspies in science and computer-related fields.
My husband is also a Christian with AS. Jesus didn't "cure" his AS - just gave him some really good ideas about how to be decent towards other people.
