Mormons have three heavens. Everyone goes to 1st heaven, which is actually Hell. But it’s SO MUCH BETTER than life on Earth, you’d think you were in paradise.
Christains all go to the 2nd Heaven. It’s so much better than 1st Heaven you’d think you were in paradise. And by comparison, you’d think 1st Heaven was Hell!
Third Heaven is for Mormons. Yadda, yadda, paradise, so much betterer…
Thing is, the church promises that you can advance.
Your descendents worship Jesus through you which gives you power in the afterlife. And Mormons on Earth can get dead ancestors baptized as Mormons even if they never heard of it.
Eventually, spirits get enough power to create their own world and be a god to it.
