Actually, this is the slipery slope we've all been fearing- the nutball laws laid down in Leviticus. 'Course, fundies only go on about homosexuality, but it also says just that- a menstruating woman is unclean, a man shall not "spill his seed," etc. Perhaps it was to preserve every precious one of them!

Are you going to take all those lost ovae (good luck in rooting through all the rubbish dumps in the world for all the thrown away sanitary pads/tampons; to say nothing of looking round all the world's sewage systems for any & all female sanitary products flushed away), then cracking one off & fertilising all the surviving eggs you can find - then utilising some form of artificial womb(s) to gestate all the fertilised eggs; ultimately looking after all those unwanted babies in the world yourself , hmmmmmmm?!

And today, we can produce sex cells with other cells. Imagine all the souls who will never be born because we don't use that capability for every human cell.
But jokes aside, science understands that unless there's a developed enough nervous system, it's not yet a human as we know it and there is no suffering. If you want a simple practical proof that the nervous system is correlated to pain, basic dentistry like tooth desensitivation is enough. Then neurology discovered many correlates of experience, while many mystery remains, enough to be confident about that.
So your argument rests on a religious doctrine. The existence of souls have not been proven. But even if they were, if they were spiritual, what difference would it make? If they're not responsible for their failure to live as a human for that particular incarnation, why would a just God prevent them direct access to heaven?
Not that there aren't many reasons to acklowledge that God isn't just, but.
