That would make every religion in the world a cult since God hasn't uttered a peep to anyone on the planet. I think he means ... placed above the KJV Bible, which he seems to think was written by the hand of God Himself, instead of translated from the teachings of men who claimed were the Word of God.
Well, you do not define "cult" correctly. Making up a definition which is convenient for your cause does not mean that your definition is correct. In fact, that you have to make up definitions to fit your cause, should show you that your cause is a questionable one.
...so, I suppose every government that practices separation of church and state is a cult, then. Because, you know, if Bro. Randy decides that God told him to kill a random atheist, the law will drag his ass to prison. Or a mental institution.
