Not really. Your religion says that homosexuality is a sin, not unlike pretty much anything else someone does. There's nothing in there about going to Hell for keeping the company of sinners, otherwise Jesus would be burning now.
This religion sounds suspiciously like the laws under Hitler in World War II. Don't worship nazis, Jesus-Halo-God. Do what you think is right, regardless of religion. If there is a God he would want you to love, not hate.
The gays, I can see, I guess...I've heard the verses, even if they are remarkably vague. But sympathizers? Chapter and verse, bitch.

In that case, it's their problem. However, it is yours to treat them with love and respect. Remember, you're going to hell too if you don't(sorry, it's in the same book which, incidentally, never mentions that those who help gays go to hell)
The OT says "they shall surely be put to death". How does that translate to "people who help gays will go to Hell"? The NT says that fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, effeminate [people], abusers of themselves with mankind *, thieves, covetous [people], drunkards, revilers and extortioners won't inherit the kingdom of God. How does that translate to "people who help gays will go to Hell"?
* and it's not even clear this refers to homosexuals; it probably refers to having sex with boys (slaves or prostitutes), which was practiced by many men of the time who were otherwise straight.
It doesn't. It says being gay is a sin, but as we are all sinners and yet some get to go to heaven, it is possible for a homosexual to go to heaven. Remember, being gay is no worse a sin than any other. And Jesus kept the company of sinners, yet your religion says he went to heaven. Be by your friends side, do what Jesus would have done.

Nope. They believe that when Jesus said to love, he MEANT love the white, straight, Baptist etc. etc. etc. Generally only the person using him as a sock puppet, and if they're lucky, anyone who aligns themself with him/her.
