it's like everything just fizzled out. No really bad weather occurrences or natural disasters lately. It looks like we just missed sailing over a cliff on Wall Street. And even gas prices are going back down -- by a lot.

There's another thread on RR that doesn't have a single good minable quote, alas, in which they bemoan that nuclear war in the Middle East might NOT happen.
Because if it did it would be awesome. Because it would be Rapture Time for them.
Why are they so obsessed with this rapture? It sounds horrid to me!! Even if you ARE a Christian. I mean, come on, how boring would heaven be? seriously!
Hell would have Bon Scott, Kurt Cobaine, Freddie Mercury, Jimmy Hendrix, Frank Zappa, John Lennon just to name a few awesome rock stars. Plus, you'd have the added bonus of kicking douches like Hitler up the ass!
It's almost worth being a Christian to hang out with the superstars.... and then i wake up and realise THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS HEAVEN, HELL OR GOD!! ^.^

not really sure how this stuff is supposed to connect to your end of the world delusions, but if you're gonna get upset every time the world doesn't end immediately after something bad or inconvenient happens, well, get used to it.
