Poorly written, poorly articulated, poorly reasoned, poor song. If already the lyrics suck, then i could possibly not imagine how bad the music part of the song must be? typically nauseating x-tian rock mold mayhaps?
The second stanza is just frightening. We had a "downfall of reason" and a "death of science" once. It was called "the Dark Ages" and was a thousand years of death, superstition, ignorance, fear, persecution, disease, despotism, and hopelessness.ever celebrate a return to such a time?
And the first and last stanzas seems really anti-Creationist to me.
If this guy really believes science is so terrible that he would gleefully see its downfall, the fool should have all the technology he takes for granted removed from his home and he should be forced to live in a bloody cave and forage for his own food. Lets see how much he likes a world without science then!!!

The part about toasting the downfall of reason sounds like some of the things Martin Luther (a real nutjob himself) said.

I'm kinda amused by you guys, as an atheist it's hard to beleive that the post is so hard to understand. The song is definately anticreationist the whole thing, the poster is either unaware of it and making an ass of himself, or pretending he's a fundie making an ass of himself. If it's the latter it's hilarious, but the song is in no way pro creationist
