He never said anywhere, nor do his theories imply, that we should not believe in a god. So even if he was demon-possessed, this would only be an argument ad demonium.

Uh, if Hitler was demonically possessed, wouldn't that imply that he was not morally responsible for his actions? Aren't fundies always complaining that people don't take responsibility for their actions, anymore? What's to keep every child molester, rapist, and murderer from claiming, "I was possessed by a demon! He made me do it! I'm not to blame!"
...alright, Hitler hypothetically being possessed makes sense. But Darwin? Nope. He locked up his theories for years. You make it sound like he came on the scene like L. Ron Hubbard, all enthusiastic and stuff.
