IF sexuality is not something someone is born with, and it is a choice, when is the last time you were attracted to the same gender? When did you consciously decide that you preferred the other gender? How did you train yourself to be "addicted" to only one gender?
I'm guessing you've always been a heterosexual because that is how you were born. Of course, I don't know a lot about bisexuals, so its possible your confused because you do have a choice.
You don't know what the fuck you are talking about. I didn't choose to be attracted to women, I just developed that way once I hit puberty. The same can be said of homosexuals. Their sexual preference was hard-coded into their brain. That's why the success rate for gay to straight conversions is about the same as for straight to gay - zero.
First off: evidence?
tysonallredk27, it is really easy for you to produce evidence of this. All you have to do, is to go gay for a few months, get a boyfriend, suck some dick, take it up the rear and so forth. If it is a learned behavior, you should have NO problems adapting to your new environment and then you can just switch back to being straight again afterward.

Even if they weren't and it was something they chose, who the fuck are you to tell them that they are not allowed to make that choice? No matter what way you fundies spin it, you have no right to interfere with how two consenting adults live their lives. So this shouldn't even be an issue - Just shut up and live your own life or get one in the very likely scenario that you're an idiotic loser who doesn't have one.

You're right, in the sense that sexuality is in many ways an acquired taste.
You're wrong, though, if you're saying that it makes it a "choice." You can no more choose the environmental influences in your early youth that mould your sexuality, than you can choose your genes.
I would venture to say that tyson is probably right here but not in the manner he intended. My guess, and it is only a guess, is that porn or drug addicts and people that physically abuse others probably do have some sort of genetic predisposition to do so, same as gay people.
The difference that tyson fails to appreciate is that gays can do their thing without having any victims.....
