Well if that's the case at least post-OP transgendered people SHOULD go to the bathroom of their real gender. Otherwise you might have a person with a penis sharing a bathroom with your daughter.

@THX: I agree. Trans folk have been using their gender's bathrooms for as long as bathrooms have been gendered (which they shouldn't be, but I digress), and the sudden resistance is just more fearmongering by the Corporate Overlords.
I don't care less whether the person in the next stall to me in the bathroom is urinating through a vulva, a penis or the mouth of a tiny living gargoyle, but I don't want someone with a "Penis" in the Oval Office bragging about how many women he's sexually assaulted.
