Why are these Mayors [marrying gays] not getting arrested? They are breaking the law... This is the same thing as giving a gun license to a 3 yr old? HELLO???

No its not the same
The reason they are not being arrested is because it is not breaking the law and to make it a law would be an intolerant religion only law.
Also there is a difference between two people doing something harmless that doesn't harm anyone and giving a 3 year old the ability to kill people
Let's see:
Giving a gun to a 3 year old proves an immediate physical threat to the child himself, and anyone around him.
Marrying two men...offends a few hypersensitive people, and may or may not offend an entity who may or may not even exist...and if he does, he's oddly quiet since we legalized gay marriage here in Canada.
Oh, ok. If allowing gays to marry their partners is the same as giving a gun license to a three-year-old, then that's fine. It's not like any sane parent is going to let their three-year-old have a gun anyway, right? You know, because a three-year-old has no idea at all that a gun is a deadly weapon, that three-year-olds shouldn't have guns, or even which end is the killing end.
Which, of course, is entirely different from two adults knowingly entering a consensual relationship.
@#441151: Oh, how cute! So, which half of the inbred Phelps clan are you in, anyway?

First time i got invited to a gay wedding was 1982. The state did not recognize gay marriages back then, but i don’t think it was illegal. A group of like-minded or at least tolerant individuals met somewhere, Someone said the words, but no one paid for a marriage license, or got the streamlined name-change. About as illegal as going to a renfaire and being married by the fairie queen. Or marrying your familiar at a D&D convention, solemnized by a dragon.
More to the fucking point, it’s not really any of your business.
Confused?
