He's being honored with all the other presidents. Are you saying he's not the president, or that he's not allowed the same respect all other presidents were given (as far as the respect given just for having the job title)?

Being president is the only requirement for being in Disney World's Hall of Presidents.
If you really want accomplishments, being in office for more than a month puts him ahead of William Henry Harrison, and being the first nonwhite elected to the office is certainly something "worth a dang". Just being elected puts him ahead of Gerald Ford.
