Son, there much faster and easier ways to say "I'm a superstitious idiot, don't look to me for ideas" . There's really no need to drag something you don't understand into the matter just to prove it -- we'll take you at your word on it.
And this is why religion is dangerous.
But I still don't worry about it, because I'll be in heaven when that's happening.

The world, as in Planet Earth, will continue to exist, despite global climate change, silly. Animals and plants might not, though.
