The godless progressive liberals are calling the U.S. Constitution a living document. This means you can interpret the meaning of it any way that fits the present progressive mob thinking of the day by wicked judges. That's why we need and addendum that puts
God Almighty and His Son Jesus the Lord of all, in an updated U.S. Constitution.

This should be a new preamble to the U.S. Constitution:

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES recognizing the being and
attributes of almighty God, the divine Authority of the Holy Scriptures, the
law of God as the paramount rule, and Jesus the Messiah, the Savior and Lord of
all, in order to form a more perfect union do ordain and establish this Constitution
of the United States of America.

If our founding fathers knew what would happen to America today they would have added the God of the Bible and His Son, the Lord of all, Jesus the Christ. It should be updated Article (Amendment 1 - Freedom of expression and religion)

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of a National Christian Church, or prohibiting the free exercise of all Christian Churches and Christians thereof. Any Christian has the right to share his faith anywhere and anyplace including any government agency and military post or unit; and there shall be the freedom to place Christian scripture anywhere and on any government document; there cannot be any abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press or any media; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Prohibition was an amendment in the US Constitution.

...and finally admitting that the War of Independence was a huge mistake, if you're actually wanting a state religion: Protestant Christian.

Otherwise, why didn't you fight with King George III? Who, as head of the Protestant Church of England he was anti-Catholic.

Do you see the paradox you're in now? If you don't want a Catholic state religion, therefore no religion has the right to exist outside the churches you already have: certainly in any branch of government, the military, schools...!

...or you can always rejoin the British Empire. We have a state religion all ready to go; Protestant Christian. All you have to do is swear allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II: Head of the Church of England.

For the sake of argument, let's assume that the Founding Fathers did intend for a Christian nation.
If they did, they sure did a poor job of expressing that. They intended to make a Christian country, but accidentally wrote the instructions for a secular one, and never once even tried to fix their error?

Now, why the hell should we care what the founders wanted? They were not some sort of demi-gods, sent from heaven to guide us. They were men. Just men. They had some good ideas. They also had some bad ones. They even recognized that they were not perfect (see below). They wrote a document for their time; a time which is now long past. They are no longer members of our society, but the government they created was one set up to be run by society. We are that society now, and we have the freedom (that they had the wisdom to give us) to decide how that society should be run. Get the hell over it, stop worshiping them and their document, and get on with thinking about making a better world for those of us here now.

Article V of the United States Constitution:
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

They saw, when they wrote the document, that there would be a need to make changes to it over time, and provided a mechanism to do so.

Let me get this straight. You don't like the interpretation progressives put on the Constitution, so you want to change it outright, and squeeze God into where he, according to your Founding Fathers, didn't belong? Yeah, that's gonna work...

Your Founding Fathers knew what WAS happening back in the Old Country, which had the God of the Bible and His Son in the constitution. So, they made very clear that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, to avoid the havoc religion was wrecking over there.

So, basically it's "Fuck the Founding Fathers"? That's patriotic of you, Head.
