Spheres are a natural shape that occur in nature, sure. Raindrops, for example. Created by precipitation. Bullets made of lead - for the specific use in the man-made object called a gun isn't natural, but man-made. Before the modern round was invented (for use in rifle-grooved gun barrels), they were spherical. Made from molten lead, dropped from Shot Towers:
