You don't have to take me seriously, and I am not sure.

But: I think nukes are a hoax, nuclear explosions don't exist. This rumor or as time will tell, truth is spreading more and more. I this is true those who rely on the myth must prepare and perhaps act.

If it is true that nukes don't exist then the whole strategical / theoretical military order falls apart, and the possibility for conventional wars will become greater.

No longer restrained by the threat from nukes or hydrogen bombs, more actors will be able to make their presence felt. Probably a new arms race will follow too.

Who gets to decide if he's been proven wrong? Him?

You know, I could MAYBE see one country deciding to bluff the world and say 'We have nukes, so shut your piehole if you know what's good for you.'

Maybe two countries, allies, pretending they've shared the tech. But how do you get enemy states to keep the same secret?
How would WWII have ended if there were no such things as nukes? Why would Japan have surrendered just to establish the scam?

How would the Cuban Missile Crisis have played out if both sides knew there weren't any real nukes?

And why, oh, why, would anyone worry about any third-world-country's nuclear research program? I mean, if the Soviets had announced they were spending millions of dollars developing a unicorn cavalry, the US would have said, "Okay, yeah, throw money down that pit. S'alright, have fun, let us know when you get close."

And, just exactly what is it about nuclear physics that's a scam? How does this affect nuclear power?

I am aware of such projects. But none of them have panned out well enough to get the budgets we sink into the nuclear weapon programs. That's kinda the point.
EVEN IF we only had such programs because we had intel saying the Soviets were researching such things, it's a big step from 'we can't afford to ignore the possibility' to 'let's build a billion-dollar submarine to pretend it's a platform for people who we'll pretend are Psychic Warriors that pose a threat to Soviet Hegemony. And when the USSR builds their PW carriers, we'll pretend it's a credible threat and build anti-PWC ships, rather than admit it's all hooey and laugh at their economic troubles...'
