It`s wrong to force women to change in the persence of whatever disfigurement or body type they consider icky and unacceptable. Lets make a diffrent changing room for attractive and unattractive people as well(we can use a caged incels to blurb "ratings" like the talking hat in Harry Potter novels, only without any physical contact, obviously), why stop at a mile, lets walk for two dipshit.
Well what about the already sex changed transgendered people? They are still forced to use the bathroom of their birth biological sex, which is extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved when a hulking transman has to go to the women bathroom. Oh and transgendered people are very often sexually abused, I thought you cared about abuse? Oh, sorry, I forgot: The only thing you care about is one side of the coin, not the other because transgender people are strange in your eyes and you can't handle that.
I actually do agree that locker rooms are a tougher issue than restrooms. In a restroom, there are stalls for privacy.
I'm not sure how that can be worked out with proper respect for the humanity of the people involved. I do know that legislation isn't going to make transgender individuals reconsider their decision to transition and suddenly return to their "official" gender.
Speaking as a rape victim here, if a penis really bothers you that much you really have some issues you need to sort out with your therapist.
Talking about genitalia when it counts should not be so taboo. I could not give less of a fuck if I'm in a locker room with a trans woman who happens to be naked and changing. Good on her for having the confidence to do something that makes her more comfortable.

Every ladies room and locker room I've ever been in has private toilet stalls with a door. Close the damn door, and don't be such a shrinking violet.

1. I have never seen a locker room with private stalls.
2. Why should the trans woman have to go into the private stall? The only people uncomfortable are bigots, so they should have to hide themselves away.
@creativerealms: Well, I'm an exhibitionist, so I'd have no problem changing in front of everyone, but that's just me.
Question: How the hell are you going to actually enforce this? Once a man has fully transitioned (or vice versa), you would not be able to tell. Heck, if I shaved most of my hair off and wore men's clothing, I could pass for a man.
Are you going to be checking everyone's genitalia before they go to take a leak? Is everyone going to have to carry around their birth certificate in public?
As a Transgender male to female I enjoy sex with a men, I am only to happy to suck his dick or for him to fuck me.
