“Throughout time over 270 different civilizations around the world tell the story of “a world flood and of a family in a boat full of animals that was saved to replenish the Earth.””
No, they do not. SOME civilizations have a flood story, but only those that developed where floods were a problem.
The Egyptians used the month of Flood to irrigate their crops. Floods were good, not world destroying, so they don’t have a flood story, even though they existed and kept records through the time the flood supposedly happened.
Far inland, they say that the Old WOrld was destroyed in fire, as evidenced by the seams of coal where the Old WOrld burned.
Some of the flood stories have a family saved by a giant goldfish in the style of Jonah. In others a city was saved, or a particular religion. It’s just a flood story. ‘Paradise was better but man fucked it up’ reprised.
"The Bible references this unrighteous time as the “days of Noah.””
Yeah, big whoop.
"YAHWEH postponed the flood for 120 years, and HE ordered Noah and his righteous family to build the Ark. It was a large wooden structure 450' long x 75' wide x 45' tall with three interior levels,”
That’s only if you take a certain one of the major definitions of ‘cubit’ available. Moses did not detail which cubit he referred to, Hebrew or Egyptian.
“and we all know the story”
Yes, pointless mass murder as a nursery decor.
"The Bible says that of Noah’s three sons, Shem had a white wife,”
I have to call bullshit.
Where in the entire fucking Bible is ANYONE described as ‘white?’ They’re always described by nation.
“Ham had a black wife,”
I assume you figure black because his son’s people were doomed to slavery?
“Japheth had an oriental wife.”
Chapter and verse, you fucking liar.
