What I don't think you understand is that non-gun-owning, non-picketing pro-lifers are afraid of pro-choice violence just as you are afraid of pro-life violence. You think I'm a cruel, violent terrorist because I want to sit down with women in crisis pregnancy and talk to them kindly about their options. I'm afraid to admit I'm pro-life around people who I know are pro-choice, because judging from the threats pro-choicers make online, I never know who might retaliate violently.

You really think they haven't given this a serous thought? Most people don't take abortion lightly. Most people look at all their choices and pick the one that is best for their current situation. I think you and most pro lifers know this. You don't want to talk to them kindly, you want to guilt them, you will use any underhanded trick to save a baby that once it's born you won't even think about for a second.
I think that a small handful of pro lifers are actually violent. Most of you are misguided, most of you think you are doing the greater good and all your actions will be forgiven if you save one life, even if you doom more in the progress. I think the violent ones give you all a bad name and we should not compare all pro lifers to a Mr. Dear. Most of you won't shoot up a planned parenthood because of a flauduant video. Most of you will just promote said video and proof Planned Parenthood is guilty of crimes that don't exist.
I will not poison the well like some of my colleagues are fond of.
So after you "sit down with women in crisis pregnancy and talk to them kindly about their options" are you willing to accept it if they decide their best option is abortion?
Or is it just code for "talk to them until they agree with me?"
What pro-choice violence? How many abortion doctors have shot and killed abortion protesters?
You think I'm a cruel, violent terrorist because I want to sit down with women in crisis pregnancy and talk to them kindly about their options.
No, I think you're a cruel, violent terrorist because you scream at women about how they're killing their baby, even if they're just going to a women's clinic for a checkup.
"What I don't think you understand is that non-gun-owning, non-picketing pro-lifers are afraid of pro-choice violence just as you are afraid of pro-life violence."
Like this guy who mowed down a "pro-life" picket line with . . .something.

because I want to sit down with women in crisis pregnancy and talk to them kindly about their options.
And yet, you're on the side that supports taking away options. Go figure. And besides, unless you're the women in question's physician or husband/boyfriend, you don't really have any business talking to them about such a personal choice.
I'm afraid to admit I'm pro-life around people who I know are pro-choice,
Why, when it's your side that his a significant history of violence against those they disagree with?
Wait, so George Tiller being killed by anti-abortion extremist Scott Roeder, the mass shooting by Robert Deer at the Denver PP, and the anonymous arson case at the Pullman, Washington PP was all pro-choice.
By the way the Pullman, Washington case is unsolved on a PP that didn't perform abortions.
You think I'm a cruel, violent terrorist because I want to sit down with women in crisis pregnancy and talk to them kindly about their options.
Browbeating with Bible quotes and guilt tripping don't really strike me as being "kindly".
I'm afraid to admit I'm pro-life around people who I know are pro-choice, because judging from the threats pro-choicers make online, I never know who might retaliate violently.
As opposed to "pro-lifers" who make threats online, offline and carry out those threats?
"You think I'm a cruel, violent terrorist because I want to sit down with women in crisis pregnancy and talk to them kindly about their options."
That's because you ARE a terrorist, ya bible-thumping moron.
"I'm afraid to admit I'm pro-life around people who I know are pro-choice"
Good, I hope you are. You should be ashamed of your pro-birth idiocy.
Violence is not particularly pro-life, is it?
Funnily enough, it's much more common in that group, than in the pro-choice group.
No-one has a problem about sitting down with women in unwanted pregnancies and talking WITH them about their options. I think this is what happens with almost all pregnancies in Sweden, when they are confirmed by a gynecologist or midwife; a short discussion about what the woman in question intends to do now.
We only have a problem with it if you restrict her options to only the ones you like.
Confused?
