I though Reagan was like Tirek mixed with Chrysalis and inflicted on us because apparently we needed a Trump part One. He was a political ignoramus who suppoted monsters, whose friends should have been jailed and who should have been impeached. I still maintain the damage he did to the VA accellerated my grandfather's death, a man who bled for his country as a POW in Korea.
Even I said a tasteful goodbye to Mrs. Reagan. Saint Ronnie of the Ray Gun may have been a right bastard, but besides that loopy astrology stuff, Nancy was just a nice lady.
Eh, the sperm is probably white, yes, but evilness and racism are more of "nurture" things.
From what I've read about her, she managed to be a bit evil-ish on her own (with her "Just say No" useless anti-drug program). And, weren't they staunchly against stem-cell research? Until Ronald got Alzheimer's, that is. When they could benefit from it, it was suddenly ok...

Apart from that dopey "Just Say No" crap, I have no problem with Nancy. She seemed like a nice lady and she and Ronald were a loving and devoted couple.

Not everything about the 50's was bad. For starters families were stronger, stayed together more often and not so many kids were raised by single parents.
Also no SJW culture of "sorry I'm white, sorry I'm male". You cannot ask for equality while at the same time demonizing whites, that's racist too.

The left are not all SJWs and most of us are not demonizing white males. SJWs are a handful of the worst of the left who give everyone else a bad name. SJWs don't even do anything they just whine. The people who actually make a difference are not SJWs.
I never said everything in the fifties was bad or even that anything back then was bad. I believe that returning to the past in of itself is bad. We should always be moving forward. We should remember the past but as time changes we have to keep moving.

Example, imagine someone trying to get a show about gay people with good traits and bad traits banned. The right would try to get it banned it because we can't let people see these damn dirty gays have good traits. The regressive left would try to get it banned because by showing gays with bad traits the creators are obviously homophobic patriarchal white cis scum. It's horseshoe theory in action.
