There is, factually, and quite naturally, no such “transition” from one gender to another. All there is is a pretense engineered by doctors, who mutilate the natural body, together with life-long hormone supplements that permit an individual to appear to be a different gender. But every cell in their body knows differently. You cannot “transition” the male-female chromosomes in every cell of the body into expressing a different gender than someone, very factually, is.

All you can do is pretend, and with doctors assistance mimic what in fact is a gender you are not. The worst thing is it is preventable if professional persuasion is obtained and committed to early enough to help the mind give up the obsession that is giving the individual an identity dysphoria.
