[Another fundies has asked if others have noticed that the year seems to be going by fast.]

Not only has this summer flown by, the days, every day, seem to come and go far too quickly. I once heard an explanation for this on some Christian TV show but I cannot remember which one; take it for what it's worth:

The days are going faster to give evil doers less time to achieve their goals. Even though a minute is still 60 seconds, we don't realize those 60 seconds are going by faster than 60 seconds would have 40 years ago. Everything is being sped up to bring us to the end of the end of days while keeping the powers that be from taking over before their time. It is a partial fulfillment, an indication, of Mark 24:22 and Mark 13:20. As I say, take it for what it's worth.
