"Athiest think Christians are stupid and judgemental..."
No. Some are, and this is undeniable; but this is also true for nontheists, since it's true for everybody. It's certainly not true across the board for all Christians, as it's fairly natural to believe something crazy because a) you've been taught it from a young age, b) you've taken comfort in it and c) you want it to be true. I won't criticise anyone for that alone, but there are certain specific beliefs which I will call ignorant because they are inherently offensive and/or dangerous, not to mention just plain ridiculous.
"...and yet Athiest are judging them."
Regardless of the fact that this isn't true for all atheists, at least there is no atheistic 'tenet' which states that we must not judge, lest we be judged. If we're to judge you, at least we're not being massively hypocritical about it.
"Athiest say their is no God but on September 11, 2001 they were the first to blame God. They were the first to ask why he didn't stop it from happening."
I've been known to do this sort of thing a few times, but only as a way of pointing out that a loving god which watches over us all and saves us from needless suffering quite obviously does not exist. I wouldn't use this argument for 9/11, mind you, since that's easily answered by free will; I'd be more likely to use it when talking about some sort of natural disaster or disease or suchlike.
We certainly don't "blame God" as we don't believe in any gods, but if you mean we blame religion, then that is of course true. It takes a special kind of la-la-la-I-can't-hear-you blinders to miss the fact that religion played a huge factor in the 9/11 attacks.
"The claim their is no afterlife but then state that when we all die we will be disappointed that their is not Heaven. If their is no heaven and no afterlife then how will we ever trully not the truth?"
If any atheist has ever said this, they were probably making fun of you. Unless they were just plain dumb.
"They claim that christian parents are brainwashing their children by pushing their beliefs on them but then they demand that their children not believe in God. Aren't they brainwashing their children also."
Atheists don't necessarily raise their children that way; I'm personally planning to do as my (Christian) mother did with me, and teach my children to use their minds and reason things out for themselves. Still, I'd rather raise a hardline atheist child than one who believes that everyone who doesn't share her beliefs deserves eternal punishment.
"Lets face it their is just as much evidence that God does exist as their is that he doesn't. Their really isn't any really hard evidence to prove any one of them to be the truth."
While you can't technically prove a negative, it's also true that things like Alzheimer's disease and cancer are fairly surefire indicators that your god does not exist. A loving, perfect designer would not create Alzheimer's disease, as only a fuckshit would create Alzheimer's disease.
