Yesterday, the Daily Show aired an interview with the Minuteman Project’s Jim Gilchrist on his plan to patrol the border with vigilante groups to stop what he calls a “Trojan Horse invasion” of Central American children fleeing violence in their home countries. Gilchrist dismissed concerns about the safety of the children — at least five of whom have been murdered after being deported from the U.S — in home countries that are plagued by drug-related violence.
“It’s unfortunate, but throughout history there have been children in one country who could not get to another country,” Gilchrist told the Daily Show’s Michael Che. “We’re all going to die someday. We can’t stop that.”
Trying to catch himself, Gilchrist added, “I’m not giving a death wish on these children coming here or the illegal aliens, I’m just saying that there are some things, realistically, you cannot stop.”
Back in July, Gilchrist sympathized with a caller to a radio show who suggested putting the child migrants in a prison camp and gassing them to death.

Wow, what an asshole.. No, wait, assholes at the very least serve some purpose, unlike you nazi scum. Wanna gas someone? Go inhale an exhaust pipe, champ.
I like how, in the DS clip, the interviewer just sat there and said nothing for a good while to let sink in what this guy just said. And then only said something like “I won’t comment on what you just said and just let you sit in uncomfortable silence” and then did just that. Great put-down, let him skewer himself on his own sword words. (Hey, it’s an anagram!)
"I’m just saying that there are some things, realistically, you cannot stop.”
Right. And this isn't one of them. In fact you are specifically & purposefully acting to keep it happening, you dumb fuck. Next time you're invited to speak to such a large audience maybe consider coming up with a better lie beforehand because thinking on the spot is clearly not one of your strengths. Not that I'd say that any kind of thinking is , but still.

You'll die some day, you can't stop that. Why do you wake up every morning and try to go against the inevitable? Just don't get up.

Like you being a complete and utter waste of human life.

I stand corrected. You aren't a waste of life, you are a malignant cancer that needs to be removed. Thankfully you don't have any real power or people 50 years from now would be talking about you in the same breath as Hitler and Pol Pot. Maybe you'd become the new go-to villain. People don't exactly take kindly to gassing children.
Further proof that conservatives don't give a shit about people unless they're white, rich, Christian men.
This quote is actually a tiny bit better than my wife's uncle who said that we should station US Army snipers about a mile apart along the border and have them shoot anyone who tries to cross the desert, and let them lay where they fall. No arrest or trial, just execution, no questions asked. And he claims to be a good Christian.
Well, all we have to do is watch for giant wooden horses crossing the border.
Wouldn't that make the Border Patrol's job easier?
Unless, of course, the wooden horses had lasers for eyes.
TO everybody calling Jim Gilchrist "a piece of shit", you guys are flagrantly incorrect.
Jim Gilchrist is NOT a piece of shit. He is EVERY piece of shit from the beginning of time until the very end. He is the sum total of all excrement, personified. This fucker is nothing more, and nothing less, than pile of neo-fascist wasted semen, MASQUERATING as a human being.
Fuck you, Jim Gilchrist and your sociopathic "patriotism", you miserable little genocide advocate.
The US Constitution grants the Federal government the sole say in who is or isn't allowed into the country. They may delegate the enforcement of their rules to the states, but the states (and less yet, private individuals) have no right to interfere with people entering the country unless they're asked to do so by the Federal government.
Mr. Gilantichrist; When Jesus said "Suffer the little children...." he didn't mean literal suffering.
If there's anything to that Book of Revelation jazz, it's that the "Beast Of Revelation" is none other than the "Christian" Right.
All the attributes are there....preaching a "False Christ" while being as un-Christlike as possible. Jesus & Paul said there would be "many antichrists". Revelation wasn't a description of a specific event, it's more of a catch-all thing that can be applied, metaphorically to any event.
The Whore Of Babylon and her dragon mount may as well look like Ayn Rand!
As an occult-type, I wish Alestair Crowley would have used different imagery for his main concepts. All that "Beast 666" & "Babalon" stuff throws me off. A brilliant occultist but a weird man who apparently used "Antichrist" imagery purely for shock value.
Well, I hope the "Revelation Chapters 17-19" stuff happens soon because I'm sick of The Machine/Man/Babylon/System and need my Aquarian Age, baby!
Hmmm...The Koch brothers & Murdoch are geezers, they'll croak, soon....
Confused?
