“Something had to just BE. No matter what one believes there has to be a starting point.”
Well, everything IN the universe that we see is something that changed from something else that existed. WE never see anything that just begins to exist without a predecessor.
Now, what experiments have you done to show that this condition which applies to everything in the universe also applies to the universe itself? It’s possible that the rules for generating universes are not the same as the rules inside this one universe we observe.
How many universes can you show, to at least demonstrate a trend?
“And we have absolutely no idea what HIS environment is like outside of our universe”
Universe being ‘everything that exists,’ so the phrase ‘outside of the universe’ is kind of oxymoronic.
Or, if your god is outside of the universe, he doesn’t exist.
“which science has indeed proven to have had a beginning, a starting point, an explosion of light just like the Bible had told us.”
Has science actually proven this? Or is it just the most popular explanation for the things we observe? Be careful, you might step on your dick.
“What you know as MAGIC I know as God.”
And that’s an appeal to magic. Supreme power without a beginning, perfect on the first try. Yep. Magic.
“Have a better explanation for the clear and unmistakable intelligent design we see everywhere we look?”
Trial and Error is a design process, especially if all the failing designs are killed off. Calling it ‘intelligent’ doesn’t really make it so.
“NOTHING cannot create ANYTHING.”
Incorrect. But feel free to prove it.
“And there is no more ridiculous an argument than stuff just created itself!”
Isn’t that what many say God did?
“Without reason or purpose. That is simply not what we see.”
Oh. You see a purpose to the size of the Avocado’s gigantic pit? Literally see it. Inarguable.
Or do you just label it as having purpose because you believe in a creator?
“And that's why real scientists today are rejecting the religion of evolution and embracing what the data is telling them. Intelligent Design.”
No, ID is not scientific. It’s magic dressed up as if it were science, but not really. Proven in court several times.
“It's so painfully obvious that it's astounding.”
Sez you.
“That the scientifically ignorant and uneducated still cling to their completely disproven religion of evolution.”
It’s just one o fthe best evidenced science theories in the entire goddamned world, but, yeah, it’s only the uneducated that support it.
“Not my opinion. Scientific fact.”
You wouldn’t know a scientific fact if God pointed it out.
“Design. Not a mathematically disproven series of remarkable "accidents". Check it out.”
Mathematically disproven? Oh. You’re impressed by big numbers.
But you’re mathematically illiterate.
The odds of anything that HAS HAPPENED happening are 1:1. Kinda hard to disprove 1:1 mathematically, what?
“You'll be glad you did. Science is your friend."
Actual science, yes.
