One can say we cam from giant elephants. And you can't prove we didn't because no one knows who the "common ancestor" is. After all, evolutionists claim we came from non-human apes, so by their reasoning, we could come from any animal. But that's because they don't understand why a non-human can't give birth to a human. You guys are so funny

You can prove that elephants are or are not related to humans by looking at their DNA relative to other species, and comparing traits. You can determine phylogenies, and descent using that method. And you are right, a non-human cannot give birth to a human. But both can give birth to transitional species.
One can say we cam from giant elephants.
But we didn't. DNA says so.
And you can't prove we didn't
Just did.

We have the fossils. We win.
After all, evolutionists claim we came from non-human apes,
True, in a sense.
so by their reasoning, we could come from any animal.
False.
But that's because they don't understand why a non-human can't give birth to a human.
DNA you twit.
You guys are so funny
Yeah, too bad you're bore me to sleep.
"evolutionists claim we came from non-human apes, so by their reasoning, we could come from any animal."
And mathematicians say that 2 + 2 = 4, so by their reasoning, 2 + 2 could be any number we want!
Your english... It burns...
We know the common ancestor for all homonid species is Australopithecus...
We are apes... We have not left from the family of ape.
Your crazy is because you don't understand genetics, evolution or indeed basic biology.
It basically goes:
Cells -> Blobs -> Worms -> Fish -> Amphibians -> Reptiles -> Rodents -> Monkeys -> Apes -> Humans
Except of course the further back you go the less and less like modern-day creatures the things are.
I know this is basically spitting at a thunderstorm, but heck, I feel better for it.
"a non-human can't give birth to a human"
You can't make red from yellow, clearly the gradient tool is an implement of Satan.
Carico, elephants are the giant gray things, with four foot noses, weight about 6 tons, walk on four huge trunks, can't jump. I can see how you would mistake those for human ancestors instead of non-apes that are primates with similar body design and dna to ours! You may be the only person in the world stupid enough not to surprise me with a remark that dense.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
