As though the US military wasn't capable of reducing whatever country it felt like to rubble at the beginning of Obama's term. Clearly, what he needed was a little more small-arms ammo to round out his collection (pun intended).
That's the point: Obama could walk on water and know Jeebus personally, but assclowns like Linda would still only see a "black thug" and come up with absolute BS about how evil he is.
And Obama is the "most ruthless deceiver of all time"? Really? I have more than a few reasons to be upset with Obama (drones, not arresting those buttheads who almost destroyed our economy, the endless wars), but "ruthless"? "Deceiver"? No, that's just straight up horse manure. Read some history, where some of our past white Presidents, like Nixon, Bush 1 & 2, Harding, Franklin Pierce and James Buchanan were truly deceivers (and in Pierce's case, close to being an outright traitor).
I live in the UK. A country where private gun ownership is almost impossible and illegal gun ownership carries very heavy prison terms. Here we do not speculate on how much ammunition the government may or may not have because we don't actually care.
But I would expect that in a country where guns and the paraphernalia that surround them are freely available and play such a big part in national life then it is hardly surprising that such speculation real or imagined is so rife.

Obama is merely a blithering incompetent.
He means well, but simply cannot devise or implement programs that actually work. He has surrounded himself with other well-meaning incompetents producing failures that are to be expected under the circumstances.
