- Its not the Christian community that angers me. I have worked with many Christians on various civil rights causes. Granted, you would probably say that they were not 'real' Christians, but they seemed quite sincere to me. My point is that it is not Christianity that angers me, it is the self-righteousness and jealously guarded ignorance of fundamentalists that galls me.
"...but The Lord said that this is what it will be like in the last days."
- People have been saying that 'these are the last days' for 2,000 years. Pardon me if I, for one, am a tad skeptical.
"I know that none of you believe in the rapture, but one day very soon IT WILL HAPPEN!!"
- Its been 6 years since your post, and nothing has happened yet. Think about it, that's 6 years of your life with every day being another disappointment. Is that really how you want to live?
