Science has its place in a Christian philosophy, an important place. But science is never to be seen as a means of learning truth. Truth is found in the Scriptures alone; the Bible has a monopoly on truth. It is God’s Word that must be believed, not the experiments of men. As Robbins has said: "Science is false, and must always be false. Scripture is true and must always be true. The issue is as clear, and as simple, as that."

Good grief. I'll bet this quote has irony meters imploding as far away as outer Mongolia.

Pi = 3? Stars are small enough to hold several in one's hand? Breed striped animals by having them look at striped sticks? Bats are birds? Hares chew their cud? Rise into heaven on a firey chariot? Talking snake, talking donkey, talking burning bush? Heaven? Hell? What definition of "truth" are you using, one you just made up?

and C. that it MUST be believed.

Put your money where your mouth is, butthead. Do not avail yourself of modern medicine, modern agriculture, any transportation system more advanced than the donkey, or anything electric including computers.

Prove it. If it is true, you should be able to show that very easily, and yet, nearly 2 thousand years after the last piece of the Bible was written, proof of its truth is still lacking. Hmmm.

I agree that the issue is clear and simple. Science is the best method available for discovering and verifying what is true, and the Bible is a collection of poorly written, folk tales, written by ignorant, misogynistic, desert bumpkins of long, long ago. Yup, clear and simple.
