"What happened to Americans being employed?"
"Why do you promote communism?"
See? I can play both sides of the good question/dumbass question game, too.
Dan Onymous said: "'Why do you hate freedom?' is usually much funnier".
And a new victor emerges, after...what, maybe 6 hours. Though, it sounds a little too much like something Stephen Colbert would say...
*What happened to church and state being seperated (sic)?*
Why do you fundies promote spelling mistakes? Is it the 11th fucking commandment or something?
EDIT - oops - he was correctly quoting another poster! The point stands though...
My, that's a pretty dress you're you're wearing.
Archduke Ferdinand was assassinated in Sarajevo in 1914.
secular government doesn't necessarily equal anarchy. China's athiest and their government sucks ass, conversely Leo Tolstoy(a man for whom I have GREAT respect) was both a Christian and an Anarchist.
However, to answer your question, man is just better off in liberty. If nature of man is good, then we don't need leaders, if it is bad, then the evil will be amplified with power so men should not have power over other men.
There's a little sideways truth in this, If the church was more in charge I think there'd actually be more resistance to goverment dictate.
In fact if that America Bullshit Baptist/Evangalist group was in charge there would probably be a revolution that would put those people back to their stone age and usher in a banning of any religious control again.
> Why do you promote anarchy?
For more complex reasons than taking religion out of government, but I'll go with it as a starter.
Confused?
