Could the Muslims be right about women?
It's the only thing I agree with them on. Our Christian women seem to think it's okay with God to run around showing their skin and looking sexy in public. That's an abomination with God.
I would like to see all Christian women dress in modest clothing that covers skin except maybe the ankles (since they're ugly anyway) and hands. The Burka veil would be useful when we take our wives into public and men want to look at their pretty faces with lust.
Do you support me on this movement brothers and sisters?

Sure, I support you. Of course, you're going to need to wear a burqua too. I'm sure you'll maintain your position on the subject, after being subjected to the same thing you want for women.
If men took responsibility for their own actions, and controlled their sexual urges, then whether or not a woman walked around covered in a sheet or stark naked wouldn't make a difference in the slightest, would it? But why should men have to control themselves when it's so much easier to go "She dressed like a slut, so it was OKAY to rape her!", right?
You'd better surgically remove their erogenous zones while you're at it, so they can't feel any pleasure in the sinful act of sex. Oh, and cut out their tongues so they can't bewitch men with their sexy voices. I know, cut off their legs as well, so they stay where you put them and don't go off with other men! Yes! Haha! And cut off their arms so they can't masturbate, and their heads so they can't think evil, unfaithful thoughts! That'll solve the problem once and for all! I'm a genius!
NO! The human female body is one of the most beautiful things in the world. Necklines, the slope of the breasts, the little curve at the small of the back, the lips, a freckled nose, an impish grin, what type of monster are you? How can you see the women anyway with your head planted in your rectum?
He's kidding, though, isn't he?
Oh, and a P.S. - regardless of whether he is or is not kidding, I note that I have found women's ankles to be very beautiful as well.
Sorry, I'm not covering myself that much for anyone. If you can't control your lusts, that's your problem, not mine.
Besides, note he says "our wives" and so on as if we were their property(and they go saying that we are not meant to be inferior or servants to the men, ja, ja) but then he tries to attract women to his cause. Pathetic.
No, you asshat, I don't support you on this movement. Someday, when you get laid, you will feel very differently about women.
My husband loves it when I look really hot when we go out. Men can look at me all they want, I'm only going home with him.
It's called trust .
Besides, look at the photograph. At the beginning it was a troll, for the bad focus of the photograph. Now I see what I was afraid of, it´s a sexagenary(at least), and not particularly gifted. That explains quite a lot.

No.
Now, let's go swimming, except that YOU will sit on the beach in a black burqa while I enjoy the water for three or four hours -- and then let's talk about putting women in veils.
You know there comes a point when Modesty becomes Immodesty. If a girl went around in a Burka she would get more attention than if she wore jeans and a t-shirt, and what is immodesty but the gaining of attention, not only by dress, but by behaivor.
If you can't control yourself because of what some woman is wearing, you're a menace to society. So go play chicken with a semi-truck on the interstate. Please.
Heck, why are we even letting women outdoors at all? I mean, some man, somewhere, might see them walking around in their burkas and get turned on. No, let's keep women where they belong - in the basement.
[/sarcasm]
I don't know what kind of women he's hanging out with, but my ankles are gorgeous! (They almost make up for the third eye.)
It's funny that he doesn't require gloves. Hands are incredibly sensuous instruments, probably far more erotic in some ways than breasts or asses.
Do we get to cover men's faces as well? I've been known to look at men with lust.
What is the deal with these people? They're against gays and against women! I bet deep down they are gay or merely insecure. Either way, if you were my brother, I'd disown you or ask mummy to send you off to a foster home. Hell, we'd trade you for another kid who'd be much more pleasant and grateful for a home that has its mind in the 21st century.
No, SaneChick, men need not cover their faces because women are inherently sinful seductresses anyway, so our purity doesn't matter. :)
I concur with sanechick - ankles can be gorgeous, not to mention, when only ankles were shown, they were eroticised.
And really - if you only want to show your 'ugly' bits, I'd start getting your court defence ready right now.
For one thing, I'm not your sister, dirtwad.
Secondly, no fucking way. Will the men do the same? After all, women might look at them lustfully. Other men might do so as well. Not to mention those horny animals!
Speaking of animals, you'll have to make them wear something similar, because I have no doubt many of your type look lustfully upon them as well.
No, whynottaskdonny, there is absolutely no way I would support this insanity of yours.
There are times when I see women walking around who show too much skin and wonder why they feel the need to have everything hanging out.
On the other hand, though, when I see women on the news walking around in a black chador, I wonder how they can breathe or do other things that I take for granted.
First of all, you twit, not all ankles are ugly. Some can be considered quite attractive. Second of all, if men can't control their urges, that's THEIR problem. And do you really think that no woman has ever been raped while wearing the burka?
Go to the Middle East, since you admire the fundie misogynists there so much and leave us alone, you chauvinistic moron.
You don't know much about Islam do you? "There is only one God..." Or do you believe in many, like Zeus, Hera, Aphrodite, Eros,...
It's the only thing I agree with them on. Our Christian women seem to think it's okay with God to run around showing their skin and looking sexy in public. That's an abomination with God.
What about men who run around with no shirts looking sexy in public?
The Burka veil would be useful when we take our wives into public and men want to look at their pretty faces with lust.
How about what you do what your bible tells you to do
Matthew 5:29
If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
Wrong. Wrongity Wrongester Wrong. Double Plus Unright. Have I made my point?
If a woman's body is 'an abomination with God', then why in blazes did he create them that way? I've never, ever seen a creator (artist) being thoroughly disgusted with his work. Others, yes. The artist, never.
Be honest (a Christian virtue, no?) and say YOU find it an abomination. Please stop blaming the Creator for your bigoted misogyny.
"Do you support me on this movement brothers and sisters?"
No, you piece of chauvinist trash. Every sane human in the world is trying to fight against the opression of women in Muslim countries. You would get hanged in the street if you tried to force such a thing anywhere in Occident.
It's just a question of timing, of history. If you look back five-six hundred years, Christian women were covered from head to foot in clothes that would please most Muslims (not the ones promoting burqas or niqabs, though). The traditional clothings of nuns were the everyday clothing of the 14th and 15th centuries.
The Muslims tend to think that the hair is the most pleasing part of the female anatomy.
I think very few sisters will support you on that movement. Most of us find it liberating to be able to wear what we want, not what others dictate us to wear.
What should we dress our men in, when we take them into public, so that women wont look at their pretty faces with lust? Lust goes both ways, stupid!
Plus, lust is the problem of the person feeling it, not the person who happens to instill it in someone.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
