Is it possible that the goal is to create a "washout" period, whereby then the propaganda will be to promote Islamification of all of the atheists?
That is, it would be hard to talk a Christian into becoming a muslim; however, if there is a "washout" period, it would be much easier to turn an atheist (or their children, if they have any) into a muslim with the right propaganda.

It's a proven fact that Christians are becoming Islamic at a higher rate thab than vasaversa. Religious people switch sects regularly as well.
How do you make someone who doesn't believe in any Gods believe in one, an agnostic might fall one way or another but Atheism I think becomes a mindset and remains that until some evidence is provided. Something none of you have.

One would imagine it easier to convince a Christian to convert than an atheist.
To convert a Christian, you just have to convince her that she's basically on the right track but with a few nuances and tweaks.
To convince an atheist, you first have to start with showing him that there actually is a god - essentially convert him to deism first - and then convince him that the god in question is that of the Koran. Not so easy.

negolin, let's think about this for a second: if a person is an atheist, they do not believe in god, whether that god is called Allah, Yahweh, Elohim, Elyon, Adonai, Jehovah or whatever. It does not mean they are awaiting the right god to come along, it means they do not believe in god. Period. At all.
And even if you convince an atheist to believe, it still does not mean anything to the vast majority of atheists who continue to not believe, no matter how duplicitous your propaganda.
If you can't make us atheists Christian what on Earth makes you think we'd become Muslim? We don't have an aversion to your god, we simply don't believe he exists. Even if we DID just have an aversion to him, Muslims worship the same god. "Allah" is Arabic for "God". What good would it do us to follow the same god?

Perhaps the ones who think they are atheists, but actually do hate the god they were brought up with and don't want to believe in him, might be easy to convert to another religion.
Normal atheists, however, who are educated and know quite a bit about all the major religions, and who think all religions are equally silly and unreasonable, won't suddenly say "hey, this silly religion does sound reasonable".

you're behind the times fuck face, religiosity goes up as you move into younger demographics. also, your grand conspiracy seems implausible. when did the muslims have a meeting and decide this? and where was it? a cemetery in prague or some shit? how do they manage to keep their shit so coordinated?
Actually, it would be almost impossible to turn an atheist into a Muslim.
Atheists tend to have a highly non-authoritarian psychology (which is why there's so much truth in the saying that organizing atheists is like trying to herd cats) while Islam is by far the most authoritarian religion of the Abrahamic religions.

Aramaic began to displace Hebrew before 600 BC. When the "elite" Hebrews were deported during the Babylonian exile, Aramaic took over. When the "elite" returned to Judea, Hebrew was more or less a dead language, spoken only by the "upper 10,000". The later books of the Old Testament (e.g. Job) are riddled with Aramaic grammar.
Jesus spoke Aramaic, not Hebrew. This is part of what (supposedly) made Jesus' talk with the learned at the Temple when he was 12 so interesting; not only that he could read, but that he understood Hebrew. Hebrew and Aramaic may be close, but they're not the same.
Would that today's youth were turning atheist. Only 20% (30%) have "no affiliation", but only a few percent are actual atheists. The rest are vague theists and New Agers.
Better that they were all humanists, whatever their metaphysical persuasion, but that will never happen.
There is a movement for previously non-religious people converting to one religion or the other nowadays. However that doesn't mean that reasoned atheists are converting to Islam or Christianity, it's usually people who never gave religion much thought before, fall into troubling circumstances, and start grasping at straws.

Atheists don't believe in any God/s. Muslims, on the other hand, most certainly do. Therefore, the chances of converting atheists to Muslims in any meaningful numbers are precisely zero.
